We do our best to accurately display and describe our products, including their designs, colors, sizing, and appearance.

Because screens and device settings vary, the actual color or appearance of a product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

Our shirts are individually produced and pressed, so minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur. These small variations are a normal part of the production process and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.

We may change or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, or other offerings at any time without notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed.

3. Orders

When you place an order with Theme Shark, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or import fees.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We work to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us at contact@themeshark.net as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has begun processing or has shipped.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Theme Shark Designs & Intellectual Property

The Theme Shark website and its original content—including the Theme Shark name, logos, graphics, artwork, shirt designs, illustrations, photographs, text, slogans, and other original creative materials—are owned by Theme Shark or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Theme Shark product does not give you ownership of or commercial rights to the artwork or designs printed on that product.

Unless we give you written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially use, or create products using Theme Shark's original artwork, graphics, logos, or other protected materials.

You may, of course, photograph and share your purchased Theme Shark products for normal personal and social-media use.

Third-party trademarks, names, or other intellectual property appearing on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Reviews, Photos & Other Content You Submit

If you voluntarily submit a product review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content to Theme Shark, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
